The SpaceOur modern three-story oasis culminates in a scenic roof deck, perfect for sunbathing or gatherings. Each 200+ square-foot room is bathed in natural light from floor-to-ceiling windows. Relax in our luxurious four-poster beds, ideal for two adults and a child. The family room includes a double bed and bunk, with a caution for children under 14 due to the 6-foot-high bunk. All rooms come equipped with AC, mosquito nets, and en-suite tiled bathrooms stocked with essentials.
Guest Access- By Car: A 15-20 minute drive from the Southern Highway exit toll at Galle. Travel along the coast road past Unawatuna, Talpe, and Habaraduwa. The property is 100 meters from the main Martara road, near Koggala Bridge, accessible via a semi-private road leading to the gate of a historic villa.- By Public Coach: Travel to the Galle AC Bus station, then continue by Tuk, Taxi, or Train.- By Train: Kathaluwa Railway station is a 10-minute walk. So that you know, please do not walk along the rail track.
Other Things to NotePerched 10 feet above ground, our pool deck offers an elevated view and unique experience. Supervision is essential for toddlers and young children due to the deck handrails. Our private pool transitions from a 3-foot shallow end to a 5'6" deep end, but please note, that there is no lifeguard on duty.
The lake features a popular sandbank for anglers, perfect for day or night fishing. Interested in fishing? Could you notify the host to arrange a local guide or hire our boat and fishing gear? 
While our estuary lake segment is safe, guests should exercise caution near the ocean connection due to currents. Life vests are available upon request.
