The 250-square-foot room which suits small groups, who want a base on Kogalla lake to enjoy the 60-foot pool, and roof garden for sun and gatherings or lake adventures, including the hire of our pontoon boat for 12 people. 

The villa is within an easy 200-meter walk to a stunning sandy swim & surf beach. You also access Ahangama (10 mins Tuk), Kathalua (5 mins Tuk or 15mins walk)  and Wlligama (20 mins Tuk)   for busier beaches, restaurants and bars.

The room features floor-to-ceiling windows with stunning views of sunsets over the pool & lake plus sunrises over lush trees and gardens.

Enjoy a super king size four-poster bed, a double-bed bunk sleeping 2 on each level. Luxury linen, an ensuite shower and toilet, plus AC. Step outside to the planted pool deck with seating, perfect for relaxation, conversations, coffee, and cocktails while watching the sunset.
